【摘  要】为了方便人们的生活和工作，城市建设的步伐逐步加快，市政建设项目数量越来越多，工程规模越来越大，建设速度越来越快。同时，市政工程建设中的问题也日益凸显，主要表现在工程测量、材料管理、人员施工三个方面。论文对市政工程施工技术的通病进行简单分析，并且提出了相应的改进措施。

【Abstract】In order to facilitate people's life and work， the pace of urban construction is gradually accelerated. The number of municipal construction projects is more and more， the engineering scale is larger and larger， and the construction speed is faster and faster. At the same time， the problems in the municipal engineering construction are increasingly prominent， mainly reflected in the three aspects of engineering measurement， material management， and personnel construction. This paper analyzes the common problems of municipal engineering construction technology， and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.

1 引言

市政建设与市民的生活和工作密切相关，例如，为了方便人们出行，需要规划道路、建设桥梁;为了人们的生活方便，需要拆除违章建筑。市政的规划和建筑的建设不仅美化了城市，更增添了很多现代化元素，让城市充满了生机。因此，市政工程对城市建设有着很大的影响。但是当前的市政建设成本较高、效率较低、施工的速度和质量有待提高，需要改进当前的施工技术。

2 市政工程施工技术的应用现状

市政工程项目主要是指在市区当中进行工程建设活动，包括管道桥梁、公园绿化、电力网络、排水照明等各种方便人们生活生产的设施。与普通的项目相比市政工程项目具有工程大、工期短、质量要求高的特点，因此，在市政工程建设当中对测量、人员、材料等都提出了较高的要求。从现阶段来看，部分施工团队在承接市政工程时，准备工作明显不足，难以满足市政工程建设的需求，所有需要对当前的施工技术进行改进。
