摘  要：高山滑雪作为一项是冬奥会体育运动项目，是冰雪运动的重要代表之一，是将速度与技巧完美集合的运动种类，具有着健美与优雅融合、粗犷中不失儒雅的特点。高山滑雪运动根据其特点技术主要分为速度系列和技术系列两部分，这也是高山滑雪运动教学开展的要点所在。本文对高山滑雪运动的特点技术分类进行研究，并探究其教学难点和对策，以推动高山滑雪运动发展。

Abstract： As one of the sports events of the Winter Olympic Games， alpine skiing is one of the important representatives of ice and snow sports. It is a type of sports that combines speed and skill perfectly. Alpine skiing is mainly divided into two parts： speed series and technical series according to its characteristics. This is also the main point of teaching alpine skiing. This article analyzes the development status of alpine skiing， studies the characteristics and technical classification of alpine skiing， and explores its teaching difficulties and countermeasures to promote the development of alpine skiing.

高山滑雪运动起源于阿尔卑斯山，也被称之为“阿尔卑斯滑雪”或者“山地滑雪”，是一项享誉世界的雪上运动项目，得到了世界雪上运动爱好者的高度认同，并凭借其运动过程中的优雅与健美受到了世界范围内广大观众的欢迎与热爱。在当前全民运动的浪潮下，高山滑雪运动爱好者数量不断增加，对高山滑雪运动的特点技术进行分析，以及对其教学的研究已经成为了推动其发展的必要举措。

1  高山滑雪运动的特点技术分类

在目前的高山滑雪运动发展中，高山滑雪运动根据其特点及技术方式，主要分为两大类别：一是速度系列的高山滑雪运动项目，主要包含速降和超级大回转2种;二是技术系列的高山滑雪运动项目，主要包含大回转和回转2种[1]。
