摘  要：高校体育的目的是终身体育，营造校园体育文化是高校达到终身体育目的的最佳途径。全面落实全民健身国家战略，丰富校园体育文化，不断提高师生健康水平，是建设世界一流学科和高水平大学的重要内容，是培养德智体美全面发展高素质人才的有效路径。大力推进校园体育文化建设，扎实深入地开展体育工作，为学校的改革发展营造良好的体育文化氛围。

Abstract： The purpose of college physical education is lifelong physical education， and the best way to achieve the purpose of lifelong physical education is to build campus physical culture. To fully implement the national strategy of national fitness， enrich the campus sports culture， and constantly improve the health level of teachers and students is an important part of building a world-class discipline and a high-level university， and an effective way to cultivate high-quality talents in an all-round way. Vigorously promote the construction of campus sports culture， carry out sports work in-depth， and create a good sports culture atmosphere for the reform and development of the school.

1  大学校园体育文化的作用与价值

大学校园体育文化的教育性特征区别于其他教育文化，具有全方位的教育特征，在大学校园文化建设中具有很强的借鉴意义。

（1）体育文化是随着人类社会的发展而培育起来的，是指体育运动本身所蕴含的、围绕体育运动所形成的一切物质文明与精神文明的总和，是对人的发展具有启迪和影响作用的有价值的思想作风和意识，在净化高校人文环境、倡导文明积极向上的生活方式上发挥着重要的作用。如2008年北京奥运会的成功举办，体育带给人们的感染力和影响力也更加明显地体现出来，对青年大学生也会具有更为强大的教育价值。

（2）体育文化是一种“健康向上”的精神文化，就是追求人的健康、健美的发展，达到最大限度地激发人的潜能，以争取精神世界的健康发展，具有催生活力的竞争性。大学作为一个组织体，其内部需要有效的激励机制和竞争氛围，尤其是在人才培养过程中，体育可以被用作一种树立公平竞争意识的措施。……
