摘  要：本文以山西师范大学体育学院运动训练专业学生的学习动机为研究对象，采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计的方法，对不同性别、不同年级的学生进行分析，发现运动训练专业学生整体的学习动机水平还是可观的。男生的学习动机要比女生的学习动机高，而且相比于女生，男生更迫切地想通过学习来实现个人成长;不同年级学习动机水平也是不同的，大二年级的学习动机水平最高，大三年级的动机水平则显得相对平均，最低的是大一年级。根据这一情况，建议通过对学生进行思想教育，强化课程设置，建立健全规章制度和管理办法，加大奖励力度等方式来提高学生学习动机。

Abstract： This article takes the learning motivation of the sports training students of the Physical Education College of Shanxi Normal University as the research object， and uses the methods of literature， questionnaires and mathematical statistics to analyze students of different genders and grades to find out the overall learning motivation of sports training students The level is still considerable. Boys have higher learning motivation than girls， and compared with girls， boys are more eager to achieve personal growth through learning; levels of learning motivation are also different in different grades， and sophomores have the highest levels of learning motivation. Motivation levels in grades appear to be relatively average， with the lowest being the first grade. According to this situation， it is suggested that students' motivation to learn should be improved through ideological education for students， strengthening curriculum settings， establishing and improving regulations and management methods， and increasing incentives.

我国学者对体育类学生学习动机研究的已有成果较为丰富。本文以山西师范大学体育学院为例，以已有学者的研究方法为借鉴，开展对运动训练专业学生学习动机水平的研究，旨在为学院制定教学管理制度提供建议。

1  研究对象与方法

山西师范大学体育学院运动训练专业学生的学习动机为研究对象。

本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对山西师范大学运动训练专业本科一年级至三年级学生进行调查，并对收集到的数据进行整理分析，为本文提供现实依据。

2  研究结果与分析

2.1 工具研制

根据实际情况编撰《山西师范大学运动训练专业学生学习动机调查问卷》，对运动训练专业本科一年级至三年级的在校学生进行调查，并进行信度检验与效度分析。……
