[摘要]目的 探究巴氯芬聯合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的效果，为临床医师选择合理治疗方案提供参考。方法 选取2018年7月～2019年6月我院诊治的88例原发性三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组，每组各44例。对照组患者给予卡马西平治疗，试验组患者采用巴氯芬与卡马西平联合用药治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果、疼痛情况和不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组患者的临床总有效率（95.45%）高于对照组（79.55%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗前，两组患者的视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后，两组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗后，试验组患者的VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 在原发性三叉神经痛患者治疗中，采用巴氯芬与卡马西平联合用药的临床效果显著，能明显改善患者症状，且具有良好的安全性，建议在临床上推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Baclofen combined with Carbamazepine in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia， and to provide reference for clinicians to choose a reasonable regimen. Methods A total of 88 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， the research objects were divided into control group and experimental group， 44 cases in each group. The control group was given Carbamazepine treatment， and the experimental group was treated with the combination of Baclofen and Carbamazepine. The clinical effect， pain and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group （95.45%） was higher than that of the control group （79.55%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in visual analogue scale （VAS） score before treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment， the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）， and the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia， the combination of Baclofen and Carbamazepine has a significant clinical effect， can significantly improve the symptoms of patients， and it has good security. It is recommended to promote the clinical application.

原发性三叉神经痛的临床发病率较高，是一种脑神经疾病，以中老年为高发群体，发病后出现一侧面部三叉神经分布区内反复阵发性剧痛，呈骤发骤停的特点，且具有周期性，严重影响着患者的日常生活[1]。临床上，针对原发性三叉神经痛可采取射频电凝、封闭治疗或手术治疗等，但复发率较高，且对病变部位的面部损伤较大，因此，临床上越来越重视药物治疗的应用，而药物治疗又以联合用药为主，但药物治疗的临床效果尚未完全肯定，有待进行深入的临床研究。……
