摘要 劳动教育作为实施全面发展教育的重要内容，是各学段人才培养过程中不可或缺的一部分，鼓励职业院校发挥职业教育的资源优势，联合中小学开展劳动教育是落实好新时代劳动教育的新途径。以北京农业职业学院为例，分析了目前劳动教育实践中存在的问题，从构建劳动教育教学体系、评价体系和保障体系等方面论述了职业院校面向中小学开设劳动教育教学的实施策略，以期为职业院校联合中小学开展劳动教育提供参考。

Abstract Labor education as an important part in the comprehensive development of education， it is an indispensable part in the process of talent training. It is a new way for implementing labor education in the new era to encourage vocational colleges to play the advantages of vocational education resources， and combine primary and secondary schools to carry out labor education. This article took Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as an example to analyze the existing problems in the current labor education， and put forward the implementation strategies of labor education for vocational college and basic education schools from constructing labor education teaching system， evaluation system and guarantee system， so as to provide reference for carrying out labor education in vocational colleges combined primary and secondary schools.

劳动教育已纳入新时代党的教育方针，坚持德智体美劳“五育”并举是教育价值追求的新高度，也是新时代教育内涵的变革与发展。作为实施全面发展教育的重要内容，劳动教育是各学段人才培养过程中不可或缺的一部分，然而由于劳动教育在中小学长期被弱化，在学科知识教育为主的定位下，中小学更无暇应对劳动教育中生产性和知识性深度耦合以及技术性的迭代更新，这使得劳动教育在中小学实施过程中系统规划不完整，缺失其应有的实践地位，在劳动场域、教育能力和教学资源等方面受到的限制尤为突出[1]。因此，如何在中小学切实办好劳动教育，提升劳动教育的实效性，成为劳动教育实施中亟待解决的问题。

2015年，教育部联合共青团中央、全国少工委印发的《关于加强中小学劳动教育的意见》（教基一〔2015〕4号）提出充分利用劳动教育实践基地、综合实践基地和其他社会资源，组织学生学工学农，将校外劳动纳入学校的教育工作计划，这为落实好新时代中小学劳动教育提供了新途径。……
