摘  要：在当前教学工作中更加注重学生的全面发展，要求在教学工作中不仅要让学生全面掌握知识重点，同时也要提升自身的核心素养，形成良好的学习意识。在新课改政策不断深入的背景下，中学体育教学工作也开始注重学生道德素质、身心健康及综合能力的培养，要求在开展中学体育教学时，要将素质教育融入到各个教学环节中。

Abstract： In the current teaching work， more attention should be paid to the all-round development of students， which requires that students should not only master the key knowledge， but also improve their core literacy and form a good sense of learning. Under the background of the new curriculum reform policy， the middle school physical education has begun to pay attention to the cultivation of students' moral quality， physical and mental health and comprehensive ability. It is required that quality education should be integrated into all teaching links when developing middle school physical education.

1  针对于中学体育教学实施素质教育遇到各种问题的分析

当前在中学体育教学实施素质教育工作中依然存在着各种问题有待完善，在新课程不断改革和深入的背景下，要求在中学体育教学工作中要体现出学生的主体地位，一切以学生为中心进行授课，从而激发学生的学习主动性和积极性，但是由于我国受到应试教育的影响较为深远，并且部分中学中的体育教师师资力量较为薄弱，也进一步导致中学的体育教学理念和手段仍然相对落后，学生在这种学习背景下缺乏有效的锻炼，不利于促进学生的全面发展。在中学体育教学工作中要求在确保教学质量的前提下，落实素质教育。但是由于部分中学体育教学观念依然较为落后，导致很多学校认为文化教育才是最重要的，素质教育存在被忽略的现象，以至于学生的素质教育缺乏针对性和规划，这对提升学生的道德素质及体育素养形成严重的阻碍。……
