摘要：由于市政污水处理厂中污泥的堆积会产生有害物质从而对环境造成二次污染，因此市政污泥的处理一直是环境保护中关注的重点。本文介绍了市政污泥的各种处理措施，如：填埋、堆肥、干化焚烧等。同时，分析了现阶段污泥处理现状及其存在的问题，并提出了一系列应对措施，如：加强对污泥处理工作的监管;全面分析地区实际情况合理的选择处理措施并给出相应的预算等，并希望通过给出一定的应对措施来解决市政污泥处理工作中出现的问题并提高其处理水平。

Abstract： Because the accumulation of sludge in municipal sewage treatment plants produce harmful substances and cause secondary pollution to the environment， the treatment of municipal sludge has always been the focus of environmental protection. This article introduces various treatment measures of municipal sludge， such as： landfill， compost， dry incineration， etc. At the same time， it analyzes the current status of sludge treatment and its existing problems， and puts forward a series of countermeasures， such as： strengthening the supervision of sludge treatment; comprehensively analyzing the actual situation of the region， choosing reasonable treatment measures and giving corresponding budgets， etc.，  hoping to solve the problems and improve the treatment level of municipal sludge treatment by giving certain countermeasures.

0  引言

近些年，由于人口数量的急剧膨胀，导致居民用水量特别是城市用水量暴增，因此城市污水的处理量也随之增加。目前城市污水主要通过集中处理解决，虽然有关部门为了提高污水处理能力而修建了很多污水处理厂，但是由于污水处理过程中会产生大量的污泥和残渣，所以城市污水的处理还是面临着不小的挑战。就目前的处理措施而言，由于缺乏污泥集中处置中心，或者垃圾填埋场不接收市政污泥。许多污水处理厂将污泥堆积在污水处理厂内，这种不合理的处理方式不仅会导致周围地区弥漫着严重的异味，而且会对环境造成一定程度的污染，因此有关部门必须尽快作出应对措施以解决这一问题。

市政污水产生的污泥中的成分极其复杂，有：有机物、重金属、寄生虫卵、细菌以及病毒等。……
