摘要：新冠疫情以來，党和国家高度重视，“中国速度”、“中国行动”让我们看到了强大的祖国背后有着强有力的各方保障，才能使得中国在短期内举得了明显的成效。疫情终将过去，在贯彻落实“停课不停学”、“全国各地逐渐有秩序地复工复产”的同时，一大批务工青年们又再次涌进城市，谋生、立业。本文中，以新时期社会工作为视角，对返穗务工青年的社会融入现状进行分析，分析务工青年在社会融入中存在的问题、影响因素，从而提出对策建议。

Abstract： Since the COVID-19 epidemic， the Party and the country have attached great importance to it. The "China Speed" and "China Action" have shown us that the powerful motherland has strong guarantees from all parties， so that China can achieve obvious results in the short term. The epidemic will eventually pass. While implementing the "suspended classes and non-stopped learning" and "gradual and orderly resumption of production and production in all parts of the country"， a large number of working youths have once again poured into the city to make a living and establish a career. In this article， from the perspective of social work in the new era， the status of social integration of young migrant workers is analyzed， and the existing problems and influencing factors of social integration of young workers are analyzed.

1  现状、存在问题以及影响因素

城市的多元文化以及平台多、选择广，视野开阔等利好因素使很多农村青年选择了南下务工，然而，乡土文化与城市文化的差异性导致了务工青年社会融入存在了不可抗逆的困难。非疫情期间，大部分务工青年都能正常的在城市的氛围环境下，逆行成长。但因为突如其来的新冠疫情，大量的农民工滞留在家乡，有的想尽一切办法逃脱出来，却受到了大城市的“冷落”和“排挤”，务工青年融入城市问题出现了前所未有的困难。劳动就业、社会保障、教育培训等是支撑新时期务工青年流入城市、社区的最基本的保障，也是他们个体、家庭生存和发展的关键要素，有学者认为，务工青年融入城市是中国社会经济发展的必然趋势。孙美琴等学者指出了务工青年融入障碍归根结底是福利保障、户口迁入迁出、劳动就业等的城市歧视。……
