摘 要：黑龙江省冰雪体育产业已日益成为区域经济社会发展新的增长点，由于各区域自然资源禀赋的不同，经济、文化发展的地域特色等原因，造成冰雪体育产业发展具有鲜明的区域特色，也成为我国冰雪体育产业布局与发展的重要影响因素。本文采用文獻资料、实地调研等研究方法对黑龙江省优势冰雪体育产业的选择进行深入分析，基于PEST分析模型探寻优势冰雪体育产业发展的宏观影响因素，进而提出优势冰雪体育产业可持续发展的对策，以期为黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展提供理论与现实依据。

Abstract：Ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province has increasingly become a new growth point of regional economic and social development.Due to different natural resource and regional characteristics of economic and cultural development in different regions， the development of ice and snow sports industry has distinct regional characteristics， which has also become an important factor influencing the layout and development of ice and snow sports industry in China. By means of literature， investigation，This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the present situation and selection of ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province，In order to provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province. Based on PEST analysis model，the paper explores the macro factors influencing the development of the advantageous ice and snow sports industry and countermeasures for its sustainable development.

目前，中国已步入中国特色社会主义进入新时代，进入全面决胜小康社会的攻坚期，国内经济面临下行压力，国际形势动荡不安，那么如何在新时代促进经济社会发展是一个严峻的课题。体育产业作为经济发展新的增长点，被人们称为“绿色产业”“朝阳产业”。冰雪体育产业作为体育产业的重要组成部分，在黑龙江省区域经济社会发展中的作用日益凸显，冰雪旅游、冰雪体育健身娱乐、冰雪体育竞赛表演和冰雪体育场馆等产业已逐渐成为黑龙江省经济增长的原动力。因此，从产业经济学视角对黑龙江省优势冰雪体育产业进行选择，同时基于PEST分析模型探寻其宏观影响因素，进而提出发展策略，对实现黑龙江省冰雪体育产业与区域经济协调发展，提高黑龙江省冰雪体育产业竞争力具有现实意义。……
