摘 要：对全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生“放管服”进行研究，是适应新时代要求，推进高层次体育应用型人才培养质量提升、深化高等教育改革的重要内容。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法就专业学位研究生“放管服”改革的内涵认识进行了剖析，结合现阶段全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生的培养特点，提出了实施全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生“放管服”改革的四项举措，以期为深化全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生教育改革，实现教育强国、体育强国提供一定参考与建议。

Abstract：The research on the “release of management clothing” for masters degree students in sports is an important content to adapt to the requirements of the new era， promote the quality improvement of high-level sports application talents and deepen the reform of higher education. This paper uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to analyze the connotation and understanding of the reform of “releasing management service” for professional degree postgraduates. Combining with the training characteristics of the current sports master professional degree postgraduates， it puts forward four measures to implement the reform of “releasing management service” for sports master professional degree postgraduates， with a view to providing some references and suggestions for deepening the education reform of sports master professional degree postgraduates and realizing a powerful nation in education and sports.

2019年2月教育部辦公厅颁布了《关于进一步规范和加强研究生培养管理的通知》，2019年9月2日国务院办公厅印发《体育强国建设纲要》，为体育类研究生管理与培养提供了行动指南和改革导向，更为深化研究生教育改革提供了依据。随着我国对全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生的招生人数与比例不断扩大，体育硕士专业学位研究生的教育与培养吸引了更多人的关注与期望，如何能够培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人，为党、为国家、为社会培养能够勇于承担重任，能够切实落实好体育强国战略，能够将体育高层次应用型人才培养与社会需求相衔接，更好地推动我国体育事业和体育产业的发展，则成为体育硕士专业研究生培养的最核心问题。……
