建筑设计：傅海聪/华东建筑设计研究总院

东盟博览会商务综合体位于南宁国际会展中心南侧，包含办公、酒店、商业等主要设施，全方位服务于东盟博览会的筹备和举办，总建筑面积160,000m2。建筑整体造型采用繁花似锦的设计理念，办公和酒店塔楼东西对称布置于会展中心南北主轴线上，与北端主场馆“朱瑾花厅”形成“首尾协调、花繁叶茂”之态势。地块西侧的商业建筑依山就势呈阶梯状布局，大面积观景平台充分契合了当地的气候条件，生动地体现了建筑“从自然中生长出来”的绿色主题意境。建筑外部形态由张拉膜和玻璃组合是一大创举，并十分有利于建筑的夜景灯光表现，也是国内首个大规模用于高层建筑的案例。将外部形态植入室内也是设计的主要特色，建筑造型元素在内部得以再现，与外部形态相得益彰，凸显东盟建筑元素及广西地域民族特色。

The project is situated in plot in the south of Nanning International convention centre, including commercial, office and hotel with a total floor area of 160,000m2. It is specially designed to prepare for and hold the event of China-ASEAN EXPO. The design concept is Blooming Flower, It echoes with the China Rose Hall (the symbol of the city) on the axis of the expo on the other end. Following natural geography is another feature of the project. The commercial building in the west is designed as if it grows from the ground. A large observatory platform extending from the commercial space greatly promotes use value under local climate. The highlight of the design is the combination of tension membrane and glass wall which fully accords to the design concept and characteristic. It is used for the first time on high rise building in China. Architectural elements reappear in interior design, displaying Guangxi ethnic minority characteristics in a flourishing scene of prosperity.
