摘  要：绿色施工理念已经深入到建筑领域各个方面，理念已经全面应用到了建筑施工管理各个环节，在建筑行业中形成了共识。通过理念的提升，改变了以往传统粗放式建筑管理模式，较好地保证了企业的经济效益与社会效益。传统建筑行业影响了环境，在建设过程中，往往控制不当，会造成污染。通过供给侧结构性改革，建筑领域必须要全面创新理念，树立绿色施工概念，在降低建筑资源成本的同时，提升整个建筑工程的管理能效。文章通过对绿色生态理念内涵的分析，进一步提出基于绿色施工理念，创新建筑工程管理的科学模式。

Abstract： The concept of green construction has gone deep into all aspects of the construction field， the concept has been fully applied to all aspects of construction management， and a consensus has been formed in the construction industry. Through the promotion of the concept， it has changed the traditional extensive building management mode， and better ensured the economic and social benefits of the enterprise. The traditional construction industry affects the environment， and in the process of construction， it is often improperly controlled， which will cause pollution. Through the supply-side structural reform， the construction field must comprehensively innovate the concept and establish the concept of green construction， so as to improve the management energy efficiency of the whole construction project while reducing the cost of building resources. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the concept of green ecology， this paper further puts forward a scientific model of innovative construction project management based on the concept of green construction.

隨着社会发展与进步，人们的理念意识也发生了改变，在可持续发展及绿色理念带动下，各行各业均出现了新的变化，在建筑行业，也实现了理念驱动，全面提高了建筑质量与效果。通过绿色环保理念的驱动，全面强化了整体施工内容的监督、管理及控制，有效降低了责任事故，减少了环境污染，为建筑行业的快速发展奠定了基础。绿色施工理念主要聚焦在建筑资源的最大利用上，全面减少了资源的浪费，在安全性原则指导下，充分考虑建筑工程经济社会双赢效益，保护了生态环境，维护了社会稳定，在满足人们基本需求的前提下，提高了建筑质量。
