摘  要：我國对核电站的建设起步相较于其他发达国家来说较晚，核电站工作的原理是其中的核岛通过核裂变或者核聚变产生的能量，通过一定的方式产生蒸汽，再通过常规岛的功能，将核岛产生的蒸汽的巨大热能转换成汽轮机的机械能，由此可知，常规岛属于用蒸汽发电，实质上与其他的发电方式无太大区别，由此可知机电设备的正常稳定的运行有助于核电站正常安全地工作。文章研究了我国核电站常规岛维修管理的现状及存在的问题并提出相应的对策与建议。主要问题一是对核电站机电设备的维修管理工作并不重视，主要问题二是对于核电站机电设备的故障预判诊断技术的研究不重视，故障预判诊断技术的发展速度缓慢。针对以上核电站常规岛维修管理存在的两个主要问题，文章提出的对策为：对于核电站机电设备的维修管理工作不够重视的问题，建议加强对机电设备的维修管理工作，实现机电设备更加稳定地运行;针对机电设备的故障预判诊断技术发展的研究速度缓慢的问题，建议能够引入并且加强机电设备的故障预判诊断技术，强化避免机电设备出现问题的预防手段。

Abstract： The construction of nuclear power plants in China started relatively late， compared with other developed countries. The working principle of nuclear power plants is that the nuclear islands generate steam through nuclear fission or nuclear fusion in a certain way， and then through the function of the conventional island， the huge heat energy of the steam produced by the nuclear island is converted into the mechanical energy of steam turbines. From this， it can be seen that the conventional island belongs to the use of steam to generate electricity. In essence， it is not much different from other ways of power generation， so it can be seen that the normal and stable operation of mechanical and electrical equipment is conducive to the normal and safe operation of the nuclear power plant. This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of conventional island maintenance management of nuclear power plants in China， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main problem is that we do not pay attention to the maintenance and management of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the nuclear power plant， and the second is that we do not pay attention to the research of the fault prediction and diagnosis technology of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the nuclear power plant， and the development speed of the fault prediction and diagnosis technology is slow. In view of the two main problems existing in the maintenance management of the conventional island of the nuclear power plant， the countermeasures put forward in this paper are as follows： for the problem that we do not pay enough attention to the maintenance management of the electromechanical equipment of the nuclear power plant， it is suggested to strengthen the maintenance management of the electromechanical equipment to realize the more stable operation of the electromechanical equipment. In view of the slow development of fault prediction and diagnosis technology of electromechanical equipment， it is suggested that the fault predictive diagnosis technology of electromechanical equipment can be introduced and strengthened， and the preventive measures to avoid problems in electromechanical equipment should be strengthened.
