【摘要】 目的：探究家庭同步健康教育对糖尿病患者心理状态及生活方式的影响。方法：选取2017年6月-2019年9月笔者所在医院收治的110例糖尿病患者为研究对象，将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组（常规健康教育组）和观察组（家庭同步健康教育组），每组55例。对照组进行常规健康教育，观察组则进行家庭同步健康教育。比较两组健康教育前后疾病认知度、心理状态（HAD量表）及生活方式（HPLP量表）评分。结果：健康教育前两组疾病认知度、HAD量表及HPLP量表评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;健康教育后观察组疾病认知度、HAD量表及HPLP量表评分均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：家庭同步健康教育对糖尿病患者心理状态及生活方式的影响更好，在糖尿病患者中的应用价值相对更高。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the influence of familys synchronous health education on psychology state and life style of patients with diabetes mellitus. Method： A total of 110 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into the control group （routine health education group） and the observation group （familys synchronous health education group）， with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education， while the observation group received familys synchronous health education. The disease cognition，psychology state （HAD scale） and life style （HPLP scale） scores of two groups before and after the health education were compared. Result： There were no statistically significant differences in disease cognition， HAD scale and HPLP scale scores between the two groups before health education （P>0.05）. After health education， the disease cognition， HAD scale and HPLP scale scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The influence of familys synchronous health education on psychology state and life style of patients with diabetes mellitus is better， and its application value in the patients with diabetes mellitus is relatively higher.

糖尿病作為慢性病，其在我国的发病率呈现持续增长的趋势，临床受重视程度一直较高。而众多与糖尿病相关的研究显示，患者自身及家属对于疾病的认知度低下乃至错误，导致血糖控制不佳，进而诱发多种并发症，因此对糖尿病患者及家属进行健康教育方面的干预意义较高[1-2]。另外，心理状态是糖尿病患者表现相对较差的方面，而生活方式则是糖尿病要求较高的方面[3]。因此，本研究就家庭同步健康教育对糖尿病患者心理状态及生活方式的影响进行观察，现报道如下。
