摘 要：[目的/意义]本文旨在帮助学界厘清认知失调理论的发展进程及其在信息系统领域的应用现状，填补国内对认知失调理论在信息系统领域应用研究综述上的缺失。[方法/过程]通过对国内外相关文献的梳理，总结该理论在信息系统研究中的应用成果，并讨论目前研究中存在的局限性和未来的研究方向。[结果/结论]认知失调理论在信息系统研究中的应用主要包括信息系统的设计和优化研究、信息系统使用研究、网络信息搜寻行为研究等6个方面;研究存在“信息系统设计和使用问题的研究对象较为单一”、“缺乏真正验证实际行为的研究，对行为周期的研究仍不够全面”等局限性;未来的研究可关注新兴信息系统的设计、优化和使用问题，并结合客观数据验证用户的实际行为，拓展该理论在信息系统领域的研究情境。

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to help scholars clarify the development of cognitive dissonance theory and its application in the field of information systems，and to fill in the lack of domestic review of the application of cognitive dissonance theory in the field of information systems.[Method/Process]This study summarized the application results of this theory in information system research by combing the relevant literature，and discussed the existing limitations and future research directions.[Result/Conclusion]The application of cognitive dissonance theory in information system research mainly included the design and optimization of information system，the use of information system and the search behavior of network information.The research had limitations such as“the research object of the design and use of information system is relatively single”，“the behavioral cycle is not studied comprehensive enough”.Future research can focus on the design，optimization and use of emerging information systems，and verify the actual behavior of users with objective data，so as to expand the research context of this theory in the field of information systems.

利昂·費斯汀格（Leon Festinger）于1957年首次提出了认知失调理论（Cognitive Dissonance Theory，以下简称“CDT”），其核心思想是：当个体认识到自己的态度之间或者态度与行为之间出现不一致时，内心就会产生一种不适感，并试图通过调整自己的态度或行为来减少这种不适感。

作为解释人类态度和行为的重要理论之一，CDT被广泛应用于教育学、心理学、管理学、信息科学等多个领域。为了帮助学界了解CDT及其应用研究进展，一些学者曾对相关成果进行梳理，主要集中在以下两个方面：1）基本原理、理论演化及拓展研究的梳理。……
