摘  要：改革开放后，中国经济不断发展，人们生活水平不断提高。国家需要培养包括德、智、体、美、劳5个方面都符合要求的人才，我国在教育方面的投入很多。这就是我国进行体育教育的原因，引起了前所未有的关注。然而，在传统的中学教育的影响下，一些学校仍然没有发展体育教育，而是用文化课程代替了体育教育。为了提高学生的身体质量，作为当前学校体育运动强劲发展的一部分，中学应继续关注体育锻炼并改善体育锻炼，这很可能需要根据各个学生的兴趣来实施。为了提高中学生的体育表现，学校需要明确体育锻炼目标，使中学生的身体素质得到全面提高。

Abstract： After the reform and opening up， China's economy has been developing continuously and people's living standard has been improving continuously. The country needs to cultivate talents who meet the requirements in moral， intellectual， physical， aesthetic and labor education. China has invested a lot in education. This is the reason why our country carries out physical education， which has attracted unprecedented attention. However， under the influence of traditional middle school education， some schools still do not develop physical education， but use cultural courses instead of physical education. In order to improve the physical quality of students， as part of the current strong development of school sports， secondary schools should continue to pay attention to physical exercise and improve physical exercise， which is likely to need to be implemented according to the interests of each student. In order to improve the physical performance of the middle school students， the school needs to define the physical exercise objectives so that the physical quality of the middle school students can be comprehensively improved.

1  促进中学生体质健康的积极意义

有一位名人曾经说过：“健康是生命的第一利益。”因此，通过鼓励学生对体育感兴趣来增加体育锻炼，以便他们可以用体育锻炼方式提高他们的身体健康水平。要求素质教育，就是要培养德、智、体、美全面发展的高素质人才，使他们健康成长，为社会和国家服务。只有确保学生的体质良好，才能确保他们有足够的力量有效学习。一个好的身体是每个人的基础。学生的身体健康，可以获得双重的學习效果。对中学生普通体育活动特征的全面详细的认识，可以通过科学的方法来改进中学体育锻炼，有效地促进中学健康教育。改善学校当前体育的发展，有必要加强学校体育教育改革，提高中学生的身体素质，并为年轻人创造更好的教育和生活条件，使中学生能够热爱上学，从而有助于学生的健康成长。……
