摘  要：在我国现代化社会发展的过程中，体育教学越来越受到社会的重视。在实际开展体育教学的过程中，教师需要将良好的精神品质融入其中，使得学生能够以优质的精神开展学习。排球是近年来我国主要的体育教学内容，在实际开展教学的过程中，会受到女排的影响，特别是在2016年里约奥运会，我国女排获得冠军后，学生对于排球的热爱和渴望也会大幅度的提升。我国的女排在经历了多年的风雨后，并没有褪色，而是愈发的精彩。而且女排比赛所展现出来的各种精神，尤其值得当代大学生学习。近些年来，人们对于高校的教育越来越重视，对于今天的高校教学来说，体育节课也是必不可少的一门必修课程，排球教学作为体育学科的一门选修课程，教师在教学的过程中不妨融入女排精神，让今天高校排球教学可以做到真正的具有时效性。

Abstract：Research on the application of women is volleyball spirit in Volleyball Teaching in Colleges and Universities In the process of the development of modern society in China， physical education has been paid more and more attention. In the actual process of physical education， teachers need to integrate good spiritual quality into it， so that students can learn with high-quality spirit. Volleyball is the main sports teaching content in China in recent years. In the actual teaching process， it will be influenced by the women is volleyball. Especially in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games， after the women is volleyball team won the championship， the students' love and desire for volleyball will also be greatly improved. After years of wind and rain， Chinese women' volleyball has not faded， but become more and more wonderful. Moreover， the various spirits displayed in the women' volleyball match are especially worth studying for the contemporary college students. In recent years， people pay more and more attention to the education of colleges and universities. For today's college teaching， PE class is also an essential required course. Volleyball teaching is an elective course of physical education. In the process of teaching， teachers may wish to integrate the spirit of women is volleyball， so that today's Volleyball Teaching in Colleges and universities can achieve real timeliness.

隨着时代的不断发展，高校的教学也越来越面向大众化，今天高等教育的普及也是给我们教育工作者提出了一个严峻的考验，如何让当代大学生在大学的学习过程中能够提升自己的综合素养，而不是单纯为了混一个毕业证书，如何让当代大学生在学习的过程中能够为自己未来的工作打下基础。这都是作为新时代教师所需要去考虑的点，在高校排球的教学过程中，教师不妨在教学的过程中融入女排精神，不仅对于学生这门学科作出要求，可是可以提升他们的综合素养。……
