摘  要：随着我国制药行业科学技术研发水平不断提升，社会大众高度重视药品质量问题，对制药行业制药工艺项目质量控制提出更高要求，在制药行业工作中要注意针对重点制药工艺项目质量进行分析，提出切实可行的控制方案，保障群众用药安全。文章针对制药工艺项目质量控制进行研究，提出合理化的建议和方案，希望能突出制药工艺项目质量控制综合效果。

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of scientific and technological research and development level in China's pharmaceutical industry， the public attaches great importance to the quality of drugs， and puts forward higher requirements for the quality control of pharmaceutical process projects in the pharmaceutical industry. In the work of pharmaceutical enterprises， we should pay attention to the analysis of the quality of key pharmaceutical process projects， and put forward practical control plans to ensure the safety of drug use by the masses. This paper studies the quality control of pharmaceutical process projects， and puts forward reasonable control suggestions and programs， in the hope of highlighting the comprehensive effect of quality control of pharmaceutical process projects.

在我国现代化发展进程进一步加快的社会背景下，公民意识呈现出觉醒化的发展态势，他们对自然安全的关注度明显提升，这对制药行业工艺项目质量控制工作的开展产生了相应的影响。新时期制药行业发展过程中，要注意针对制药工艺项目进行系统的分析，并严格把控生产质量关，确保能循序渐进的提升制药工艺项目质量综合效果，为药品质量的逐步提升奠定坚实的基础。

1 影响制药行业药品质量的因素

对现阶段我国制药行业部分企业药品生产质量不达标的情况，要系统分析影响药品质量的原因，并针对具体的问题选取合理的措施进行控制。具体分析，我国制药行业药品质量控制工作中，主要影响因素涉及到以下几个方面：

其一，制药人员素质偏低。在现有制药企业中制药工艺项目生产相关工作人员一般是制药企业的老员工，他们对先进制药设备、工艺技术的了解程度偏低，部分员工无法按照先进技术的要求高标准完成生产工作，会对药品质量产生不良影响。……
