摘 要 毕业设计是高校人才培养的重要环节，但目前该环节存在诸多问题亟待解决。热能系通过实施教师团队建设、师生多元选择、设计过程管控、完善评价体系等措施，构建了较为全面的过程管控体系，加强毕业设计的指导与管理，有效地提升了毕业设计的质量。

Abstract The graduation design is an important part of talent training in the universities. But， there are many problems need to be solved. Many measures， such as the team building of teachers， the multiple selections between the teachers and students， the control of the design process and the improvement on the evaluation system， were carried out by the teachers of the thermal energy department. Therefore， a comprehensive process control system was constructed. The quality of the graduation design has been effectively improved.

毕业设计是高校本科教育实践教学的重要环节，能够考察学生对于四年所学基础课、专业课的综合掌握能力，能够锻炼学生的独立思考与实践动手能力，[1]强化学生的创新意识和工程理念，[2]培养学生细致严谨的科学态度，规范学生的学术行为，此环节能够展现学生专业素质和实践能力，极大程度上体现了学校本科教学质量的水平。[3]但是，目前许多高校的毕业设计环节在设计题目、过程管控、学生态度等方面存在诸多的问题。[4]

（1）题目不合理。部分设计题目不够合理、与工程脱节，理论性过强或选题过大，学生難以完成;有些题目过于陈旧，无法跟上科学技术发展的趋势;有些题目综合性较差，对学生的锻炼不够全面;有些题目趋同性过大，存在多人一题的现象。[5]

（2）学生态度不够端正。由于面临毕业，学生普遍心态比较浮躁，当设计题目与就业或考研方向不符时，部分学生受“实用主义”思想的左右，对设计缺乏兴趣，积极性较差;由于审核、管理上存在漏洞，有个别学生的论文存在抄袭现象。……
