【摘  要】近年来，民营企业在我国经济社会中的地位逐渐提升，党员也广泛分布在民营企业中。如何凝聚党员力量，充分发挥党组织在企业内部管理中的积极作用显得尤为重要。论文以九江市民营企业党建为例，从民营企业及党组织基本情况、党组织发展中存在的问题及其原因、提升民营企业党组织在企业内部管理中作用的对策建议等三个方面，探讨如何以科学、有效的方式加强党的组织基础功能和发挥党员在民营企业中的先锋作用。

【Abstract】In recent years， the status of private enterprises in China's economic society has gradually improved， and Party members are widely distributed in private enterprises. How to gather the strength of Party members and give full play to the positive role of Party organizations in the internal management of enterprises is particularly important. Taking the Party building of private enterprises in Jiujiang City as an example， this paper discusses how to strengthen the basic functions of the Party in a scientific and effective way and give full play to the vanguard role of Party members in private enterprises from three aspects： the basic situation of private enterprises and Party organizations， the problems existing in the development of Party organizations and their causes， and the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the role of Party organizations in the internal management of private enterprises.

1 引言

改革开放以来，我国民营经济发生了令人瞩目的巨变，由小变强、由弱变强，不断发展壮大。至2018年，据全国工商联统计，民营经济作出了巨大贡献，税收占50%以上，国内生产总值占60%以上，技术创新成果占70%以上，城镇劳动就业占80%以上，企业数量占90%以上[1]。民营企业作为吸纳党员就业的重要组织，是基层党组织的重要组成部分，如何提高党组织在民营企业内部管理中的作用值得研究思考。本文以江西省九江市为例，分析论述党组织如何在企民营企业内部管理中发挥作用。

2 九江民营企业及党组织的基本情况

九江，简称“浔”，地处江西北部，位于长江、京九铁路两大经济开发带交叉点，是中国首批5个沿江对外开放城市之一，是长江中游区域中心港口城市，也是东部沿海开发向中西部推进的过渡地带。2018年全市实现地区生产总值（GDP）2700亿元，同比增长8.7%。……
