【摘  要】基层党组织数量众多，随着党建工作的受重视程度不断提高，基层党建考评工作显得至关重要。通过对部分基层党组织的党建考评工作的开展状况进行分析可以发现，基层党建考评工作中存在很多不足之处。受多方面因素的影响，基层党建考评工作中存在很多具体问题。在相关问题客观存在且无法得到有效解决时，基层党建工作的有效性难以得到有效提升。论文分析了新形势下基层党建考评工作开展过程中存在的问题，并就相关问题如何解决提出合理建议。

【Abstract】There are a large number of grass-roots Party organizations. With the continuous improvement of the importance of Party construction work， the evaluation work of Party construction at the grass-roots level is very important. Through the analysis of the development status of the evaluation work of the Party construction of some grass-roots Party organizations， we can find that there are many deficiencies existing in the evaluation work of the Party construction at the grass-roots level. Under the influence of many factors， there are many specific problems existing in the evaluation work of Party construction at the grass-roots level. When the relevant problems exist objectively and cannot be solved effectively， the effectiveness of Party construction work at the grass-roots level is difficult to be effectively improved. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development process of the evaluation work of Party construction at the grass-roots level under the new situation， and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to solve the related problems.

1 引言

从整体上来看，各级党组织对党建工作的重视程度有了明显提升，基层党组织的党建工作开展以及党建考评工作开展也得到了很多关注。基层党组织在开展党建工作时很容易出现各种各样的问题，因此，有效开展考评工作变得更为重要。但基层党建考评工作开展过程中也存在很多问题，如考评方式较为单一等问题的制约性影响也十分明显。想要提升党建工作的质量和水平，应在党建考评工作开展层面进行有效调整与优化。基于此，论文对基层党建考评工作开展的有效策略进行探讨。

2 新形势下基层党建考评工作的开展情况概述

新形势下基层党建考评工作开展中需要进行有效调整与优化，基层党建考评理念更是要率先做出转变[1]。当前，固有的基层党建考评工作开展理念、模式与方式方法的实际有效性不断降低，党建工作开展环境出现的变化很容易导致党建工作开展水平的不升反降，这也使相应考评机制的运转以及相应考评工作的开展变得极为重要。……
