【摘  要】新时期，建筑行业的竞争愈发激烈，所以加强各项管理工作成为重要事宜。通过对建筑工程管理中项目管理工作的开展状况进行分析可以发现，项目管理工作中存在很多不足。在多种因素共同影响和作用下，项目管理工作开展过程中存在各种各样的问题。要想提升项目管理工作的实际有效性，需要对系列问题予以有效破解和解决。论文对建筑工程管理中项目管理工作的开展状况进行具体分析，并就如何更好地进行项目管理工作提出合理建议。

【Abstract】In the new era， the competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more intense， so strengthening various management work has become an important issue. Through the analysis of the development status of project management work in construction engineering management， we can find that there are many deficiencies existing in the project management work. Under the influence and function of various factors， there are various problems existing in the development process of project management work. In order to improve the actual effectiveness of project management work， we need to crack and solve a series of problems effectively. This paper concretely analyzes the development status of project management work in construction engineering management， and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to better carry out project management work.

1 引言

整体上看，建筑工程管理中项目管理工作的开展状况较之以往已经有了一定程度的提升，一些新的理念与方式方法也得到了一定程度的应用。但是开展动态项目管理工作会受到很多因素的影响，在内外部多种因素的影响和作用下，出现一些具体问题在所难免。很多建筑企业虽然在常态化地开展项目管理工作，但项目管理工作的开展状况并不理想，一些常见的问题也并未得到有效解决。鉴于此，探寻出更好开展项目管理工作的策略十分必要。

2 建筑工程管理中项目管理工作概述
