【摘 要】目的：探究提高肿瘤病人出院携带PICC维护率的对策。方法：选取2018年10月一2019年5月在我院肿瘤科进行PICC维护的出院患者70例，均对患者实施PICC导管维护，根据维护期间所出现的问题制定相应的对策。结果：在患者的导管维护中出现一系列的护理问题，其中流速减慢、堵管问题（3.1%） ，穿刺部位发生感染（1.7%），皮疹（4.3%）、静脉炎（0.85%）。结论：由本文针对流速减慢、堵管，穿刺部位感染、皮疹以及静脉炎等护理问题制定一系列对策，从而提高了肿瘤患者出院携带PICC维护率，值得推广。

Study on the countermeasures to improve the maintenance rate of PICC in tumor patients discharged from hospital

【Abstract】Objective： to explore the countermeasures to improve the maintenance rate of PICC in tumor patients. Methods： a total of 70 discharged patients who underwent PICC maintenance in the oncology department of our hospital from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected. All the patients underwent PICC catheter maintenance， and corresponding countermeasures were formulated according to the problems occurred during maintenance. Results： a series of nursing problems occurred during catheter maintenance， including slow flow rate， blocked catheter （3.1%）， infection at puncture site （1.7%）， skin rash （4.3%）， phlebitis （0.85%）. Conclusion： in this paper， a series of countermeasures were developed for the nursing problems such as slow flow rate， blocked tube， puncture site infection， skin rash and phlebitis， etc.， so as to improve the maintenance rate of PICC in tumor patients discharged from hospital， which is worthy of promotion.

随着医学技术的快速进步，深静脉导管技术广泛应用于临床中。其中经外周静脉插入到中心静脉的导管（PICC），其具有留置时间较长，费用较少且操作比较简单和可靠、降低并发症的发生率等优势，主要是目前向患者机体输入细胞毒性等药物的方式。在临床上，适应进行长时间进行化疗的肿瘤患者，经实践证明，具有極高的安全性[1]。我院肿瘤科于2018年10月一2019年5月期间，不仅对出院携带PICC导管的肿瘤患者进行常规性的维护，而且还应该根据患者在维护期间发生的不同护理问题，制定具有针对性的对策，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2018年10月一2019年5月在我院肿瘤科进行PICC维护的出院患者70例，其中包括PB—4Fr—L—C—H式导管43例，4F开口式导管27例，导管的使用时长至少3个月，最长为一年，其中包括肺癌患者35例，鼻咽癌患者20例，乳腺癌患者10例，其他肿瘤患者5例，共对PICC维护350例次，患者男40例，女30例，年龄为35～50岁，平均年龄为（42.5±1.6）岁。……
