摘  要：电力资源在促进社会发展、方便日常生活中发挥出不可替代的作用，为经济可持续性发展保证稳定的能源供给。电力产业会对经济发展速度、经济效益带来影响，电力产业为工业、农业、服务业和人民群众的日常生活提供资源，社会经济发展会促进电力消费的增加，从而促进电力产业的发展;电力产业为社会提供稳定的能源供给，又有助于促进经济发展。故此，在全年面建成小康社会伟大战略的收官之年，电力行业就应在精准扶贫、经济发展转型升级、乡村振兴发挥出关键作用，回报社会各界与人民群众的信任。

Abstract： Power resources play an irreplaceable role in promoting social development and facilitating daily life， ensuring stable energy supply for economic sustainable development. The power industry will have an impact on the speed of economic development and economic benefits. The power industry provides resources for industry， agriculture， service industry and people's daily life. Social and economic development will promote the increase of power consumption， thus promoting the development of the power industry. The power industry provides stable energy supply for the society and helps to promote economic development. Therefore， at the end of the great strategy of building a moderately prosperous society throughout the year， the power industry should play a key role in targeted poverty alleviation， transformation and upgrading of economic development， and rural revitalization， so as to repay the trust of all walks of life and the people.

作為人类社会生产与日常生活中必不可缺的资源之一，电力资源在促进社会发展、方便日常生活中发挥出不可替代的作用，可以说，电能的开发与利用直接促进了社会进度、提升了社会生产力，使人类社会史无前例地进入到光明时代，也促进了相关产业的发展，促进社会生产力的飞速发展。自1870年电力的初次使用以来，电能就取代蒸汽成为适用范围最为广泛的能源，也意味着人类发展史上能源的开发与利用出现了新的飞跃。20世纪70年代开始的信息革命，也是得益于电力资源的使用。电力资源的开发离不开电力产业的发展，电力产业是促进经济发展的基础性要素之一。具体到我国经济发展进程中，电力产业一直在为促进我国经济可持续性发展提供能源供给的基础性作用，为各项经济目标的顺利实现、社会主义生产力解放与发展做出了重要贡献。……
