摘 要 本文通过盟军战俘的日记、回忆录、历史图片、美国档案馆解密的官方文件等一手史料，对沈阳二战盟军战俘营医院的设立、管理制度、医疗条件等内容进行了历史考证，力求还原历史的本来面目，探究沈阳二战盟军战俘营医院旧址的历史价值和现实意义，为沈阳二战盟军战俘营医院旧址的保护、利用和宣传提供必要的理论支撑。

Abstract Based on the first-hand materials of diaries， memoirs， historical pictures and declassified official documents of prisoners of war of Allies， this paper makes a historical research on the establishment， management system， medical conditions and other contents of the prison camp hospital of Allies during World War II in Shenyang， and strives to restore the truth of history， to explore the historical value and practical significance of the former site of prison camp hospital during World War II in Shenyang， and to provide necessary theoretical support for the protection， utilization and propaganda of the former site of the prison camp hospital of Allies during World War II in Shenyang.

沈阳二战盟军战俘营（以下简称沈阳战俘营）是亚洲众多盟军战俘营中保存较为完好的一座，二战期间曾关押过来自美国、英国、澳大利亚、荷兰、新西兰等国的2000多名盟军战俘。沈阳战俘营凭借其特有的历史价值和国际性特点，一经发现，迅速引起了国内外专家、学者的广泛关注。近些年，越来越多的史学家开始从事沈阳战俘营领域的研究。目前学术界对沈阳战俘营的研究多集中在战俘营的历史概况和战俘的悲惨遭遇上，很少对战俘营现存的个体建筑进行深入考证。在沈阳战俘营遗存的所有旧址建筑[1]中，战俘营医院旧址是目前唯一一处没有被归入沈阳二战盟军战俘营旧址陈列馆保护范围的旧址建筑。本文结合盟军战俘的日记、回忆录、历史图片、美国档案馆解密的官方文件等一手史料，对沈阳战俘营医院的历史进行全面、系统的考证，挖掘其承载的重要历史价值，以期对推进沈阳战俘营医院旧址的保护和利用有所助益。……
