【摘要】目的：分析磁共振技术在隐形骨折鉴别中的应用效果。方法：选取我院进行隐形骨折鉴别的42例患者作为本次实验的研究对象，首先对其采用X平片进行检测，然后采用磁共振技术进行检测，并分析磁共振技术的检查准确率。结果：42例患者中，共存在39例隐形骨折患者，通过磁共振技术准确检测出38例，准确率为（97.43%）。结论：对存在隐形骨折的患者使用磁共振技术进行检测，准确率高，且对人体辐射非常小，可以为患者的针对性治疗提供重要依据。

[Abstract]

Objective： ： To analyze the application effect of magnetic resonance technology in the identification of invisible fracture. Methods：42 cases of invisible fracture in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this experiment. First， X-ray film was used to detect them， then magnetic resonance technology was used to detect them， and the accuracy of magnetic resonance technology was analyzed. Result：Among 42 patients， 39 patients with invisible fracture were detected by magnetic resonance technology， 38 cases were detected accurately， the accuracy rate was 97.43%. Conclusion：Magnetic resonance imaging has high accuracy and little radiation to human body， which can provide important basis for targeted treatment of patients with invisible fracture.

前言：骨科中，骨折是常见的一种症状，一般为意外事件导致，在治疗前，需要对患者进行常规X平片检查，就实际情况来看，X平片检查仅能检测出常规骨折症状，但如果患者属于隐形骨折，即隐匿性骨折，那么就需要采用磁共振技术进行检测，且该检测技术以辐射小、准确率高而闻名。本文就通过磁共振技术对隐形骨折患者进行鉴别进行了详细分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

参与本次实验的患者为我院于2018年7月至2019年5月收治，共42例，均为各科患者，其中，存在39例隐形骨折患者。42例患者中，男性27例，女性15例，年龄在29～57岁之间，平均年龄（42.33±1.47）岁。

1.2 方法

在检查前，要将相关注意事项告知患者，并开始进行X平片检查，在检查后48h对患者进行磁共振技术检查，在检查时，严格根据规章制度设置仪器翻转角度、层间距、间隔、分辨率等[1]。

1.3 观察指标

观察指标以磁共振技术的诊断准确率为准。……
