摘  要：问题导向教学法是基于各类问题作为核心，为解決问题设计的教学体系，是在建构主义学说理论基础上诞生，问题导向教学法的应用充分考虑到学生的主体地位，将其用于内科护理学教学中，能够丰富内科护理学内容，将枯燥的知识点用生动真实的案例呈现出来。本文分析了内科护理学课程的特点与教学问题，总结问题导向教学法在高职内科护理学教学中的应用实践。

Abstract： The problem-oriented teaching method is based on various problems as the core， and the teaching system designed for problem-solving is born on the basis of the constructivist theory. The application of the problem-oriented teaching method fully considers the students dominant position and uses it for in the teaching of internal nursing. It can enrich the content of internal nursing and present boring knowledge points with vivid and real cases. This article analyzes the characteristics and teaching problems of internal medicine nursing courses， and summarizes the application of the problem-oriented teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine nursing in vocational colleges.

在互联网+时代下，知识更新速度越来越快，社会对于护理人才的要求也日益提升，优质的护理人才，既要掌握扎实的专业知识，也要具备良好的创新能力与问题解决能力，因此，在高职内科护理学教学中，也要重视学生高层次思维的发展，致力于锻炼学生的自主学习能力与解决问题能力。内科护理学是护理专业的一门基础课程，内科护理学是基于临床医学、护理学为基础，要做到理论、实践之间的并重。在内科护理学教学中应用问题导向教学法充分适应了内科护理学教学的改革要求，可以显著提升学科教学的实效性。

1  内科护理学课程的特点与教学问题

内科护理学属于高职护理专业的一门重点学科，涵盖循环、呼吸、泌尿、血液、内分泌等相关疾病的诊疗技术和护理方法，要求学生在掌握理论知识的同时，具备扎实的操作能力，本科医学生有扎实的临床知识、基础知识结构，能够顺利理解内科护理学内容，相较而言，高职护理专业学生医学基础薄弱，又缺乏扎实的临床医学知识结构，给内科护理学教学带来了一些困难。……
