摘  要：在我国经济发展新形势下，居民生活质量获得显著改善，对精神文化的需求也持续增加，当代受众更加习惯使用新媒体获取新闻信息，对传统媒体带来一定的制约和影响，在此背景下，新闻工作者要提升自身的专业能力和综合素质，进而更好地应对行业发展，为公众提供更加优质的新闻服务。本文主要针对融媒体形势下新闻工作者的素质提升进行分析和探究，希望给予我国相关领域以些许参考和借鉴。

Abstract： Under the New Situation of China's economic development， the quality of life of residents has improved significantly， the demand for spiritual culture has continued to increase， and the contemporary audience is more accustomed to using new media to obtain news information. under this background， journalists should improve their professional ability and comprehensive quality， enter into a better response to the development of the industry， and provide more quality news service for the public. This article mainly analyzes and explores the improvement of journalists'quality under the situation of syncretizing media， hoping to give some reference to the relevant fields of our country.

隨着我国信息技术、通信技术、移动互联网技术的发展与更新，社会全面进入到信息化时代，在此背景下，新媒体逐渐盛行，并且迅速取代广播电视等传统媒体，成为社会主流媒体，尤其在智能手机和平板电脑的全民普及下，人们更加习惯利用新媒体获取信息和知识，电视与新媒体融合已经成为行业发展必然趋势，手机电视、网络电视、网络广播以及数字电视，是电视媒体和新媒体融合的重要形式，新闻工作者也要积极迎合时代特点和受众需求，努力提升自身的专业能力和综合素质，强化竞争意识、创新意识和融媒体意识，推动电视新闻产业的可持续发展。
