【摘要】“核心素养”教育理念的提出，引领了新一轮课程改革和育人模式变革。在纸笔考试仍是评价教学质量、评价学生学业水平重要手段的情况下，如何更好地发挥教学评价功能、促进学生全面发展，成为践行“核心素养”教育理念的重要课题。基于对现在命题趋势的分析，笔者结合我校2019年数学毕业卷的命题实践，浅谈一些对完善教学评价体系的思考。

How to Give Full Play to the Evaluation Function in Elementary School Teaching to Improve Teaching Quality

【Abstract】The idea of "core accomplishment" has led to a new round of curriculum reform and educational model re‐form. How to give full play to is still an important means to evaluate the teaching quality and evaluate the students academic level， how to better play the teaching evaluation function and promote the students all-round development has become an im‐portant subject to practice the "core accomplishment" educational concept. Based on the analysis of the present propositional trend， the author discusses some thoughts on perfecting the teaching evaluation system combined with the propositional prac‐tice of our schools 2019 mathematics graduation paper.

本次数学毕业命题注重基础、注重应用、注重孩子的生活情境场，以生为本、兼顾差异。我们既关注新课程标准要求、关注学生核心素养，也关注本校学生特点；既关注学生对基础知识和基本技能的理解和掌握，也关注学生学习过程、方法、数学思考以及解决问题能力的体现；既关注全面考查学生学业水平，也关注评价的激励、导向作用对学生自我认识、自我改进、自我提高、自我完善的促进。

命题编制坚持三个原则：

（1）考查全面：涵盖“数与代数、空间与图形、统计与概率、实践与综合应用”四个领域。试题量适中：题目有47道小题。

（2）贴近生活：突出应用意识，体现人文性和时代特征。有11道题目情境是学生身边学习生活情境或者新闻时事等。

（3）引导学生深度思考：不仅考查学生知识技能的掌握程度，也有对学生问题探索方法，估算、统计价值方面的考查。
