摘要 分组教学法在大学生专业课的教学中有着广泛的应用。根据不同学科的教学特点及目标组成，在传统固定模式分组教学的基础上开发新颖的、多样化的随机分组方式，有利于活跃课堂学习氛围、促使多种思维交流碰撞、并兼顾不同类型学生的潜能。探讨了分组教学法在农林类高校专业课课堂教学中应用的必要性，阐述了根据课程性质和学生特点建设的多种随机分组方式，并归纳了应用此模式在教学实践中的收效和感受。

Application of Group Teaching Method in the Teaching of Soil and Fertilizer Course

Abstract Group teaching is widely used in the teaching of specialized courses for college students. The development of novel and diverse random grouping methods based on traditional fixed model group teaching is conducive to activate the classroom learning atmosphere， promote the exchange and collision of multiple kinds of thinking， consider the potential of different types of students. In this study， we discussed the necessity of applying group teaching method in the classroom teaching of specialized courses in agricultural and forestry colleges， expounded the variety of random grouping methods based on the characteristics of this course and the characteristics of students， summarized the application of this model in teaching practice.

分組教学法是在传统的班级授课制背景下，教师以学习小组为重要的教学组织手段，以课堂教学为主要的基本教学组织形式，通过以学生为主体、教师为引导的方式，合理指导学生间展开合作，形成组内合作与组间竞争并存的学习模式，有效发挥学生群体的积极性，提高学生自身的学习能动性，从而达到完成教学任务和自主扩展学习内容的目的，又称小组合作学习[1-2]。此教学法可更充分发挥学生的自主学习能力，在教师细致、有针对性的引导下学生进行开放式学习，使学习内容不局限于课本，学习场所不局限于课堂。土壤肥料学作为高等农林院校各专业的一门基础课，其内容理论性和实践性均较强，课程最主要的教学目的是让学生能够理论联系实际，发现和解决农业生产中的实际问题。……
