摘  要：高职院校专业内涵建设决定着人才培养的水平和质量，影响着学生就业竞争力和可持续发展能力，关系到学校的办学成败，更与国家经济的转型升级息息相关。本文以建筑智能化工程技术专业电梯教学为例，剖析专业教学特别是电梯部分面临的痛点，提出在赛教融合、虚实并举且以学生为中心的教学体系，以推进专业内涵建设，为本地区培养优秀的高级技术技能人才。

Abstract：The professional connotation construction of higher vocational colleges determines the level and quality of talent cultivation，affects studentsemployment competitiveness and sustainable development ability，and is related to the success or failure of school running，and is closely related to the transformation and upgrading of national economy. Taking the elevator teaching of building intelligent engineering technology as an example，this paper analyzes the pain points faced by professional teaching，especially the elevator part，and proposes a teaching system that combines competition and education，virtual and real and student-centered，promotes professional connotation construction，and cultivates excellent high-level technical talents for the region.

0  引  言

技能大赛是检验职业院校教学水平、管理水平、技能水平、师资力量、学生素质的一个重要舞台，它的本质是培养学生的一种手段，把学校的专业建设、教学改革、技能培养等方方面面的内容融合在一起。竞赛内容源于课程，又高于课程，它把课程知识与具体实践有机结合，并进一步提高学生创新创业的能力[1]。同时，“十二五”以来，职业教育信息化发展取得了较大的进展。职业教育信息化的战略部署初步形成，基础设施建设进一步加强，教育资源和教育管理平台建设扎实推进，教师信息化意识与能力显著增强。信息化需要进一步服务好教学和竞赛，根据学生的不同特点和需求进行教学和提供帮助，从而提高教学效果。
