摘  要：由于学生在学习中将更多的时间投入到操作能力方面，且課堂学习时间有限，对知识的理解不够深入，对知识的灵活运用能力不够，从而影响了学习质量。现在的高等职业院校多采用校企合作的方式展开教学，学生在学校学习专业知识，之后到企业中实习，以培养学生的职业素质。教师在实践类课程教学中将微课平台充分利用起来，不仅优化了教学资源，而且课堂氛围更加轻松，有助于帮助学生树立自主学习意识，提高学习效率。本文着重研究高等职业院校教育实践类课程微课堂教学模式的构建方式。

Abstract：Because students devote more time to operational ability in learning，and the learning time is limited，the understanding of knowledge is not deep enough，and the flexible use of knowledge is not enough， which affects the quality of learning. Nowadays，vocational colleges mostly adopt the way of school-enterprise cooperation to carry out teaching. Students learn professional knowledge in schools，then practice in enterprises，in order to cultivate studentsprofessional quality. Teachers make full use of the micro-course platform in the teaching of practical courses，which not only optimizes the teaching resources，but also makes the classroom atmosphere more relaxed. It helps students to establish self-learning awareness and improve learning efficiency. This paper focuses on the construction of micro-classroom teaching mode of practical courses in higher vocational education.

0  引  言

高等职业院校的学生主要接受职业教育，学生主要接受的是技术操作能力培养和实践教育，往往忽视理论知识，这也是学生学习中存在困难的主要原因。高等职业院校在实践类课程教学中采用微课教学模式，可以将学生的学习兴趣激发起来。这种教学方式并不是对传统课堂教学的摒弃，而是做到了将两者相结合，让学生深入掌握理论知识，并灵活运用于实践操作中，提高等职业院校学生的技术能力[1]。微课教学模式的一个重要优势还在于可以为教师和学生提供交流的空间，教师之间也可以有效沟通，相互借鉴教学方法，微课教学效果可以在网络平台上获得反馈，从而对教学模式不断调整和完善。
