摘  要：近几年来，大学生数量快速增加的同时，交通出行不安全行为也越来越多。本文以西藏大学生为研究对象，结合计划行为理论，设计调查问卷，通过问卷调查得到直接观测数据，利用SPSS软件进行可靠性分析，利用主成分分析法进行降维，探索直接观测题项与潜在因子之间的关系，提取影响不安全行为的潜在主要因子。剔除信度与效度分析不满足要求的问卷题项，再次利用SPSS软件进行分析，直到满足所有维度的指标。计划行为理论结合SPSS软件分析大学生不安全交通行为的原因，根据分析提出针对西藏大学生的交通管理建议。

Abstract：In recent years，while the number of college students is increasing rapidly，the unsafe behavior of transportation is also increasing. This paper takes Tibetan college students as the research object，combines the theory of planned behavior，designs a questionnaire，obtains the direct observation data through the questionnaire survey，uses SPSS software for reliability analysis，uses principal component analysis method for dimensionality reduction，explores the relationship between the direct observation items and potential factors，and extracts the potential main factors affecting unsafe behavior. After eliminating the items of questionnaire that fail to meet the requirements of reliability and validity analysis，SPSS software is used to analyze again until all dimensions of indicators are met. Based on the theory of planned behavior and SPSS software，this paper analyzes the causes of unsafe traffic behaviors of college students，and puts forward traffic management suggestions for college students in Tibet.

近年来，大学生交通事故时有发生。导致这一现象的根本原因是高校大学生交通安全意识淡薄。行人是道路交通事故中的弱者，所以应对其予以特别关注。而对于行人中活跃的部分——学生，交通事故带来的危险则更加严重。

学者很少探讨如何让大学生出行更加安全，国内学者余豪、周江红从心理学的角度对出行交通方式选择中心理过程和个性的关系进行分析，指出了公共交通发展中应注意的问题;朱艳鑫针对不同用户的出行续期，按照快捷、环保、经濟的标准，结合多种出行方式规划了“一体化出行”方案，优化治理模式;郭晓研究在具有瓶颈的交通网络中，出行者的出行选择行为，将出行者进行了分类，建立了基于个人感知的瓶颈模型。……
