摘  要：随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等信息技术与医疗领域的深度融合，医疗服务正处在“信息化”向“智慧化”过渡的新阶段。目前，互联网、大数据、人工智能等技术在医疗行业的应用非常广泛，利用数字化手段加强智慧医疗建设是提升医疗服务质量和效率的关键，也是医院信息化建设的发展方向。为更快、更好地开展医疗信息化建设，必须妥善解决技术、数据、安全等方面的问题和挑战，尤其需要注重从业人员的理念和思想的培养。

Abstract：With the deep integration of information technology such as internet，big data，artificial intelligence and medical field，medical service is in a new stage of transition from “informatization” to “intelligence”. At present，internet，big data，artificial intelligence and other technologies are widely used in the medical industry. Strengthening intelligent medical construction by digital means is the key to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services，and is also the direction of hospital information construction. In order to carry out the construction of medical informationization faster and better，we must properly solve the problems and challenges in technology，data and security，especially pay attention to the cultivation of the concept and thought of practitioners.

0  引  言

医疗信息化是指医疗服务的数字化、网络化，通过计算机技术和网络通信技术为各医院和部门提供患者信息以及管理信息的收集、存储、处理、提取、交换等。医疗信息化主要包括医院信息化和区域卫生信息化，医院信息化又包括医院管理信息化、临床管理信息化、医院信息集成。广义的医疗信息化，还包括远程医疗、移动医疗、云医疗、医保信息化、药品流通信息化等。

医疗体系正经历着革命性的演进，朝着以患者为中心的价值导向方向转型。智慧医疗建设的目的是打通医患、医疗机构、医疗设备之间的关联，建立全民健康信息平台，利用人工智能技术，达到信息的共享和充分利用。利用信息化手段加强智慧医疗建设是提升医疗服务质量和效率的关键，更是改善病患诊疗效果的基石。……
