摘  要：本文以中国核工业第五建设有限公司在信息化条件下所面临多项目标准化管理难题为背景，介绍了公司通过识别、策划和实施核电集群项目，集成管理能力打造出一个适应多项目协同工作、具备工业互联网特征的核电数字化建造多项目管理平台的过程。通过组织流程优化、数据开发利用、建立数字孪生等方法的应用，说明了两化融合是企业打造新型能力、提升核心竞争力的有效方法，也是确保公司核电数字化建造多项目管理平台顺利完成的关键成功因素。

Abstract：Based on the multi-project standardization management problem under the conditions of informatization，which faced by China Nuclear Industry Fifth Construction Co.，Ltd. In this paper through identifying，planning and implementing nuclear power cluster projects，the company has integrated management ability to build a nuclear power digital multi-project management platform that adapts to multi-project collaborative work and has the characteristics of industrial internet. Through the application of organizational process optimization，data development and utilization，and establishment of digital twin，it shows that the integration of informatization and industrialization is an effective method for enterprises to build new core competence，which also enhances the core success of the companys nuclear power construction multi-project management platform.

0  引  言

中國核工业第五建设有限公司（以下简称公司）是一家同时具备核电站核岛、常规岛施工总承包能力的公司，先后完成了国内多个核电站的建造。公司80年代末即开始推广核电项目信息化管理，在2010年建成核电站施工管理信息化辅助平台（CANPPE2），实现了核电施工全周期全要素流程化管理。目前，随着核电项目增多，公司急需将其升级以适应多项目协同工作，但在“物（物联网）、大（大数据）、互（互联网）、移（移动终端）、智（人工智能）”的发展形势面前，CANPPE2的升级面临严峻挑战：

（1）核电建设产业链上下游数据缺少实时打通、无法共享;

（2）公司在国内外多厂址、多堆型资源信息协调方面受到组织结构和业务流程等多方面的制约;

（3）随着BIM和智慧工地的兴起，公司所属的建筑行业整体信息化外部环境发生了重大变化;
