摘  要：在信息化时代，我国各行各业日益加强信息化建设。我国基层医院进行的信息化建设不仅全面优化与改进了医院工作，也促进了醫院工作效率的提升，尤其是在增强医院工作透明度方面，使其更加有益于人民群众对新医改政策的了解和实施，同时也促进了对医院工作的有效监督。为此，本文对信息化时代下我国基层医院的信息化建设展开相关探讨与分析，探究基层医院信息化建设发展趋势，希望可以在与时俱进的思想指导下，进一步促进基层医院各项工作的全面优化开展。

Abstract：In the information age，all walks of life in our country have increased the information construction day by day. Among them，in the process of informatization construction in grass-roots hospitals in China，it not only optimizes and improves the work of hospitals in an all-round way，but also promotes the work efficiency of hospitals. Especially under the condition of enhancing the transparency of hospital work，it makes it more beneficial to the peoples understanding and implementation of the new medical reform policy，and also promotes the effective supervision of hospital work. Therefore，by discussing and analyzing the informatization construction of grass-roots hospitals in the information age，we can grasp the development trend of the informatization construction of grass-roots hospitals. We hope that we can further promote the overall optimization work of grass-roots hospitals under the ideological understanding of keeping pace with the times.

随着社会经济的不断发展，科技水平也有了较大进步，由此诞生信息化技术。在信息化背景下，人们的工作和生活都对网络、手机、计算机及电子终端有了更多依赖。在此形势下，基层医院必须实施信息化建设，提升医院工作成效和质量，使医院向数据化、信息化方向转变，提升工作成效和质量的同时，使医院工作透明化，让人民群众随时对医院工作进行监督。

1  信息化背景下基层医院实现信息化所面临的问题

1.1  基层医院对信息化的需求更急迫

为了使医院更高效地为人民群众提供服务，发挥基层医院在提供医疗服务过程中的优势，必须增加人民群众与基层医院的沟通途径，利用对基层医院的信息化建设来健全其网站平台，增加医院之间及医院与人民之间的充分互动及交流。……
