摘  要：随着社会发展医生与患者的关系有了新的变化，对于刚刚步入工作岗位，开始接触患者及患者家属的医学生而言，明确新时期医患关系的格局，有助于其尽快掌握沟通技巧，也便于校方调整基础教学的教学方式。本研究通过调查问卷等方式对石河子大学医学专业学生医患关系认识进行调查，对医学生对医患关系的认识进行初步整理归纳，总结其中问题，浅析背后原因和影响。

Abstract： With the development of society， the relationship between doctors and patients has changed a lot. It is helpful for the medical students who have just entered their vocation and started contacting patients and their families to grasp the communication skills as soon as possible. In addition， it is also helpful for the schools to adjust the teaching methods of basic teaching. This study investigated the doctor-patient relationship of medical students in Shihezi University through questionnaires， etc.， and summarized the medical students' understanding of the relationship between doctors and patients， summarized the problems and analyzed the causes and effects.

目前医学院的学生，对医患关系的认识会因为媒体渲染产生一定的影响。现在我们对石河子大学医学院的学生进行调查，了解石河子大学医学生对“医患关系”的认知，以期探索改善、和谐医患关系提供有效的措施。

一、调研对象与研究方法

（一）研究对象

本次研究通过对石河子大学医学生共计500人发放问卷，并对问卷调查结果数据的有效性进行分析，结合石河子大学医学专业学生对于医患关系的理解，对如何解决医患关系提出合理化建议。

（二）研究方法

1. 问卷征集信息法

通过向石河子大学在校的医学专业学生进行实地的走访、发放问卷，在问卷的设计上充分考虑到年级、性别、专业、个人经历、家庭因素等方面的差异，侧重于医学生个人对医患关系的理解以及关于如何解决医患关系的看法。

2. 数理分析法

本次发出的问卷数量为500份，其中收回有效问卷478份，问卷回收率为95.6%。……
