摘  要：医学高职高专院校医学人文教育与社会现实脱节，医学人文教育的效果与预期差距较大，加强和改进医学生人文素质教育，提高医学人文素质，把学生培养成为我国医疗卫生事业合格的建设者和接班人，对不断深化医疗卫生事业改革和发展，促进社会进步具有重大而深远的意义。文章以肇庆医学高等专科学校为例，浅述医学高职高专院校共青团在加强医学生医学人文素质教育中的探索与实践，以期为医学高职高专院校共青团进行医学人文教育提供参考。

Abstract： Medical humanities education in higher vocational medical colleges is out of touch with social reality， and the effect of medical humanities education is far from expectation. It is necessary to strengthen and improve medical students' humanities quality education， improve medical humanities quality， train students to be qualified builders and successors of medical and health undertakings in China， which is a tool for deepening the reform and development of medical and health undertakings and promoting social progress. It has great and far-reaching significance. Taking Zhaoqing Medical College as an example， this paper discusses the exploration and practice of the Communist Youth League in medical higher vocational colleges in strengthening the medical humanities quality education of medical students， with a view to providing reference for medical humanities education in the Communist Youth League of medical higher vocational colleges.

“人文”泛指人類社会的各种文化现象。人文精神是一种普遍的自我关怀，表现为对人的尊严、价值命运的维护、追求和关切，对人类遗留下来的各种精神文化现象的高度重视，对一种全面发展的理想人格的肯定。医学人文精神更加注重对生命的尊重与关怀。

党的十九大报告指出“社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾”。在健康方面，人们已不仅仅满足于防病治病，而是追求防病治病的同时，得到人文关怀。可见，医务人员具备良好的医学人文素质，对于人民日益增长的美好生活需要是重要组织部分。国内对医学人文的价值理念是认同的，尤其是近些年来，医学人文教育得到了一定程度的发展。但从总体上看，我国医学人文教育还十分薄弱，发展水平与其应承担的责任之间相距甚远。……
