摘  要：对工学结合模式下教学管理所呈现出的特点进行了阐述，依此进一步提出了如何有效改善工学结合模式下高职院校教学管理的具体措施。同时为确保工学结合的顺利进行，文章以构建工学结合模式下的教学管理机制、高职课程管理体系、多元监控与评价体系、实践性教学管理体系以及建立专兼相结合的师资团队管理体系等方面为出发点，提出相应的解决对策，形成一套有效的策略体系。

Abstract： This paper expound the characteristics of teaching management under the talent training mode of work-study combination. According to this， the paper put forward the strategy of teaching management to promote the talent training mode of work-study combination in higher vocational colleges. This paper put forward the suggestions from some aspects. This include constructing the teaching management institution and system based on the combination of work and study， constructing the curriculum management system of higher vocational education and practical teaching management system based on the combination of work and study， constructing the management system of teaching staff， and establishing multivariate monitoring and evaluation system.  In this way， we could ensure the effective implementation of the combination of work and study.

隨着高职院校的办学规模不断扩大，对人才培养质量的要求越来越高，职业教育改革也步入了关键的深水阶段，而通过新型的人才培养模式，即“校企合作、工学结合”，极大促进了高职教育发展。跟传统教育模式不同，工学结合人才培养模式对高职院校教学管理的要求更高，在实施该模式期间，需要为其提供更多方面的保障措施。针对工学结合教学管理的特点，建立合理的教学管理策略体系，是最为关键的一个保障环节。

一、工学结合人才培养模式下教学管理的特点

在工学结合人才培养模式下，高职院校需要改变传统的教学管理方式，构建具有可适性、可持性与超前性的教学管理体系。它的教学管理特点是比较鲜明，主要体现在以下几个方面：

1. 协同性。利用校企合作的形式，实施人才共育。例如，由校企双方协同制定人才培养方案，共同实施教学计划，共同编制教材内容，协作管理、指导学生，共同开展对学生学习评价等。……
