摘  要：为全面提升成人高等教育课堂教学质量，借鉴全面质量管理理论与CIPP评价模式从教学设计质量、教学过程质量、教学结果质量三个维度构建课堂教学质量评价框架，建立了完整评价指标体系，并利用H高校成人高等教育课堂教学评价实践进行了检验，研究结果能比较全面反映H高校课堂教学实际情况，研究结论表明该评价模型和指标体系具有较广泛的适用性，可推广使用。

Abstract： To enhance the classroom teaching quality in adult higher education， this paper draws on Total Quality Management Theory and CIPP Evaluation Model and proposes a "Three-dimensional Integrated" Quality Evaluation Model for classroom teaching in adult higher education， basing on the quality of teaching design， quality ofteaching process and quality ofteaching results. An integralevaluation index system is established thereby， andthe model and index system is tested in the adult higher education classroom teaching in H University. Theresults are comprehensively in line with the actual situation ofclassroom teaching in H University， indicating that this evaluation model and index system hasbroad applicability and can be used widely.

成人高等教育課堂教学质量的好坏关系着国家实施成人高等教育的教育目能否实现。在国家提倡终身教育与建立学习型社会的时代背景下，成人高等教育的教学质量越来越受到社会各界的关注[1]。专家学者关于教学质量的研究也在不断加强，不少专家都提出了教学质量评价的方法与保障机制。范岩（2019）提出利用灰色系统理论方法， 以高校教学质量作为系统输出、教学质量评价指标作为系统输入，建立了相应的评价模型。[2]高巧珠等（2018）提出了健全完善多维课堂教学质量评价体系的方法。[3]本研究在专家学者研究的基础上，结合全面质量管理理论与CIPP评价模式提出了“三维一体”的成人高等教育课堂教学质量评价模型，并再次基础上建立了评价指标体系，在H大学进行了应用实践并得到结果，以期对成人高等教育课堂教学质量评价提供实践依据。
