摘  要：研究发现少数民族大学生在高校适应中的问题集中在学习、日常生活和宗教信仰三方面。学习方面：教学过程中汉语教学的不适应;缺乏科学的学习方法;课程内容不涉及本民族文化;日常生活中：民族饮食种类偏少;民族歧视问题仍然存在;宗教信仰方面体现在学生对国家宗教信仰政策不了解等。针对以上问题特提出改革措施：针对性的培养和加强少数民族大学生的语言能力;培养少数民族学生的主动学习意识，树立自我教育的思想;加强高校后勤管理，满足少数民族学生饮食需求;尊重并引导少数民族大学生正确看待宗教信仰。

Abstract： The study found that the problems of minority college students adapting to colleges and universities are concentrated in three aspects of study， daily life and religious beliefs. Learning： the incompatibility of Chinese teaching in the teaching process; lack of scientific learning methods; the content of the course does not involve the national culture; in daily life： the ethnic diet is less; the problem of ethnic discrimination still exists; the religious belief is reflected in the students' lack of understanding on country'sreligious policies. In response to the above problems， special reform measures are proposed： to cultivate and strengthen the language ability of minority college students; to cultivate the active learning consciousness of minority students， to establish the idea of self-education; to strengthen the logistics management of colleges and universities to meet the dietary needs of minority students; Guide minority college students to correctly view religious beliefs.

一、研究问题

随着我国经济的快速发展，人才的流动性呈现出增长态势，南方人到北方生活，北方人去南方就业已经成为市场环境下的大趋势。然而在高校中的少数民族大学生，在面对完全迥异的生活和学习环境中，是否能够适应这样的巨大变化，能否及时调整好心态面对这一切，在语言、饮食、生活、人际关系等方面是否能够处理得当，这些不得不面对的现状对他们的学业产生什么样的影响，都值得深入研究和探讨。高等学校是培养优秀人才的重要基地，高等教育是优秀文化传承的重要载体和思想文化创新的重要源泉，少数民族大学生是我国民族地区涌现出的佼佼者，也是文化传承和创新的主要承担者，因此，加强对少数民族大学生的教育就显得更为重要和迫切[1]。……
