摘  要：大创项目能有效培养学生的创新创业能力，文章以作者作为导师团队第一负责人指导的省级重点大学生创新创业训练项目“关于校园闲置市场的发展方式与前景调查研究”为基础，对该项目组学生成为大创团队成员以来的学习、项目实践过程和收获感悟，进行总结。

Abstract： College innovative startup projects can effectively cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. The article is based on the research and development of the campus-level key university students' innovation and entrepreneurship training project， which is the first person in charge of the team of teachers. The students in the project team have been learning， project practice and harvesting insights since becoming a member of the college innovative startup team.

当今社会，就业形势日趋严峻，面对大学生毕业即失业的局面，国家政策层面日趋重视培养大学生创新创业能力，各高校将其列入人才培养方案，并相应出台系列具体支持性政策措施。本文与大家分享、研讨指导大学生创新训练项目实施过程和感悟。

一、学生创新创业意识和能力培养准备，学为所用

众所周知，人才培养、科学研究和社会服务是大学的基本功能，尤以人才培养是大学的中心任务。大学生创新创业意识的培养，需要学校提供创新创业的知识、技能，进行综合素质培养。为了提高团队学生的创新创业意识，我承担了《大学生创新创新基础》选修课的教学任务，将自己指导的省级重点大创训练计划项目团队的学生（8位不同专业学生），纳入选修课班级，旨在增强他们的创新创业意识和能力，更好地完成项目。

授课整个过程中，我在将创新、创业、企业、企业家精神、创业者、怎样开发成功的商业创意、将创意转化成创业企业等每个知识点详解后，推出创新创业自主训练项目。……
