摘  要：当前农林院校经管类专业在创新创业教育上存在教育体系不完善、师资匮乏、基础条件差、与特色学科结合度差、重视程度不够、实践能力弱等问题。文章从学业阶段、创新创业理论、创新创业实践三个维度构建了农林院校经管类专业创新创业教育人才培养模式，并从四个方面提出了相应的人才培养建议。

Abstract： At present， the management majors of agriculture and forestry colleges have problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education， such as imperfect education system， lack of teachers， poor basic conditions， poor combination with featured disciplines， insufficient attention， and weak practical ability. This paper constructs the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education talents in agricultural and forestry universities from three dimensions， which are academic phase， innovative entrepreneurship theory and practice， and puts forward corresponding suggestions from four aspects.

一、概述

培养更多优秀的创新创业型大学生是构建创新型国家的基础工作，也是解决当前大学生就业压力的手段之一[1]。探索农林院校经管类专业创新创业教育模式，对于乡村振兴、农林企业人才培养、返乡青年创业、农林科技推广、缓解农林专业就业压力等具有重要现实意义。

近年来我国高校创新创业教育发展迅速，学者们从概念界定、教育方法、评价方法、政策建议等方面对创新创业教育进行了研究。Colin Ball（1989）将创业教育称为继“学术资历”和“职业技能”之外的“学习的第三张通行证”[2];李巧璇、潘逵（2018）认为创业教育主要是进行创新思维和创业精神素质的培养[3];胡紫玲（2017）从仿真模拟、实习实训等四大平台及设计性实验、创业项目孵化等十二模块完善实践教学体系[4];陆宇莺，赵秋兰（2018）认为创新创业精神的形成建立在教育的全过程和教学的各个环节中[5];焦娜，王菁（2018）提出应用型农林高校在培养经济管理专业的学生时应该将创新创业的思想贯穿于人才培养的方案与模式中[6];周叮波（2018）认为引企入校、协同育人已经成为各应用型本科高校应用型人才培养的重要举措[7]。……
