摘  要：高校既是文化传承的重要载体，也是思想文化创新的重要源头。高校校长在学生毕业典礼上的讲话作为重要的育人方式，具有重要的教育价值。文章利用共词分析法对2016-2018年的119份高校校长毕业典礼寄语进行了分析，结果显示出校长们毕业寄语是实现文化育人的重要方式，契合了立德树人、勤学爱国、奋进前行、创新实践和使命担当的价值意蕴。

Abstract： Colleges and universities are not only an important carrier of cultural inheritance， but also an important carrier of cultural inheritance. It is also an important source of ideological and cultural innovation. As an important way of educating people， the speech made by the president of colleges and universities at the graduation ceremony has important educational value. This paper analyzes 119 graduation ceremony messages of college principals from 2016 to 2018 by means of the co-word analysis method. The results show that the school principals' graduation messages are an important way to achieve cultural education， and are in line with building moral and educating people， study patriotism， advance forward， innovative practice and mission to bear the value of the implication.

在全國高校思想政治工作会议上，习近平总书记指出，“要更加注重以文化人以文育人，广泛开展文明校园创建，开展形式多样、健康向上、格调高雅的校园文化活动”。大学毕业典礼是送别毕业生的仪式，是各高校都十分重视的校园文化活动，具有传承校园精神、镌刻文化记忆、呼应时代主题等潜在的文化育人意蕴。[1]

一、高校校长毕业寄语是实现文化育人的重要方式

文化是伴随人类从事实践活动所产生的精神财富的累积，文化的特性决定着文化育人的方式，高校校长毕业寄语是实现文化育人的重要方式。

（一）高校校长毕业寄语是新时代价值教育的必然要求

一方面，习近平总书记强调：“坚守我们的价值体系，坚守我们的核心价值观，必须发挥文化的作用。”从本质上来说，文化育人和校长毕业寄语具有共同的教育目标和教育价值，即为我国培养社会主义建设全面发展的高素质人才。另一方面，习近平总书记指出： “青年要从现在做起、从自己做起，使社会主义核心价值观成为自己的基本遵循，并身体力行大力将其推广到全社会去。……
