摘  要：文章分析了西方发达国家德国、美国、日本物流管理本科教育的特点及启示，并以临沂大学为例阐述了我国物流管理本科教育特点及存在的问题，比较了中外物流管理本科教育的差异，基于此提出了创新创业教育背景下物流管理创新创业人才的培养途径策略。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the characteristics and enlightenment of logistics management undergraduate education in western developed countries such as Germany， the United States and Japan， and takes Linyi University as an example to illustrate the characteristics and problems of logistics management undergraduate education in China， and compares the differences of logistics management undergraduate education between China and foreign countries， and puts forward the training strategies of logistics management innovation and entrepreneurship talents under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

物流业是国民经济的基础产业，物流是企业的第三利润源。伴随着经济全球化，现代物流业对世界各国的经济增长、人民生活水平的提高尤其是国家竞争力增强产生举足轻重的影响，因此世界各个国家在目前形势下都加快了本国物流现代化的发展步伐。当前，我国经济由高速发展进入中高速发展期，经济进入新常态，面临新旧动能转换，物流迈入现代物流快速、全面发展期。随着现代物流业的迅速发展，对物流管理专业的高端人才特别是具有创新意识、创业观念的人才急剧增加。然而，受传统的人才培养模式的影响，我国的物流管理本科专业教育当前难以培养出适合现代物流发展需要的高层次物流专业人才，所以对物流管理本科专业的人才培养模式进行改革探索势在必行。本文通过文献研究法、访谈法等梳理了西方發达国家比如美国、日本、欧洲物流管理本科在人才培养、课程设置等方面的特点及启示，以期为临沂大学物流管理专业培养创新创业人才提供借鉴。……
