摘  要：一流大学，文化先导。“双一流”建设必然需要一流的大学文化为指引和内核。建设一流的大学文化将引领和贯穿“双一流”建设全过程、高等教育综合改革全过程，是我国由高等教育大国向高等教育强国转变的必然要求。文章将从大学文化在“双一流”建设中的地位和作用出发，以浙江大学的文化建设实践和探索为例，探讨一流大学文化的建设基本要点和路径。

Abstract： First class university are cultural leader. "Double first-class" construction will inevitably require a first-class university culture as a guide and core. Building a first-class university culture will lead and permeate the whole process of "double first-class" construction and comprehensive reform of higher education. It is an inevitable requirement for China to change from a large country of higher education to a country with a higher education. The article will start from the status and role of university culture in the construction of "double first-class"， taking the practice and exploration of cultural construction of Zhejiang University as an example to explore the basic points and paths of the construction of first-class university culture.

习近平总书记曾指出：“‘四个自信中，文化自信是更基础、更广泛、更深厚的自信，文化自信是最根本的自信。”可以说文化自信是构建国人思想共识、情感认同的基础，来自于社会主义文化的传承发展和高度繁荣。党的十九大报告也指出，“文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。文化兴国运兴，文化强民族强。”当前，“一流大学和一流学科建设”是建设高等教育强国、实现十九大提出的“实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴”总任务的必然选择和重要举措。一流大学，文化先导。一流的大学文化是一流大学建设的灵魂和内核，建设一流的大学文化将引领和贯穿“双一流”建设全过程、高等教育综合改革全过程，是我国由高等教育大国向高等教育强国转变的必然要求。

一、大学文化在“双一流”建设中的地位和作用

大学文化伴随着大学的产生而形成并不断自我发展，是大学的办学历史、理念、特色的内在精髓，是校风、学风、教风的重要载体，承载着大学的精神内核，引领着学校滚滚向前的发展路径。……
