Technical Specification for Reducing Application and Increasing Efficiency of Pesticide and Chemical Fertilizer in Wheat Growing Area under Rice Stubble in Anhui Province

Abstract  From the aspects of variety selection， soil preparation， fertilization， sowing， fertilizer and water management， diseases， insects and weeds control， harvesting and storage， the technical modes and technical specifications for reducing application and increasing efficiency of pesticide and fertilizer in wheat growth area under rice stubble in Anhui Province were summarized for demonstration and extension of wheat production in rice stubble land.

利用品种遗传特性，通过良种良法配套，农机农艺结合，减少化肥农药施用量，提高化肥农药利用率是实现小麦绿色发展的有效途径。结合课题组和省内外近年的研究结果，笔者提出安徽稻茬麦区农药化肥减施增效技术模式和技术规范，供安徽稻茬小麦生产示范推广。

1  技术规范适用范围

该规范规定了安徽省稻茬麦区小麦全程农药化肥减施增效操作技术规范。该技术规范试用于安徽省稻茬麦农药化肥减施增效区示范。

2  规范性引用文件

GB 4285《农药安全使用标准》、GB 4404.1《粮食作物种子 禾谷类》、GB/T 8321《农药合理使用准则》（所有部分）、NY/T496《肥料合理使用准则  通则》，上述文件中的条款通过该规范的引用而成为该规范的条款。凡是注明日期的引用文件，其随后所有的修改单（不包括勘误的内容）或修订版均不适用于该规范，但鼓励根据该规范达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注明日期的引用文件，其最新版本适用于该规范。

3  主要技术与模式

3.1  化肥减施技术

测土配方施肥技术;基于秸秆还田的减磷减钾控氮及氮肥前移技术;种肥同播及机械追施拔节肥技术;肥药混喷“一喷三防”技術。……
