摘要 研究烟草甲[Lasioderma serricorne（Fabricius）]成虫对4种常见包装材料的钻蛀特性。结果表明，4种完整的包装材料均能够有效防止烟草甲成虫钻蛀;烟草甲成虫能够钻入所有带孔包装材料，其中对带孔牛皮纸袋钻蛀率最高。与未经药剂处理的包装材料相比，经过药剂处理的包装材料在短期内均能够显著降低烟草甲成虫钻蛀率。96 h后，烟草甲成虫对蒙五一五处理的带孔牛皮纸袋钻蛀率为53.3%，对己烯醛处理的带孔铝箔纸袋钻蛀率为50.0%，对溴氰菊酯处理的带孔铝箔膜袋钻蛀率为46.7%。该研究结果为合理选用包装材料有效防治储藏物害虫提供了可靠依据。

Study on Boring Characteristics of Adult Lasioderma serricorne to Four Common Packaging Materials

Abstract The boring characteristics of adult Lasioderma serricorne against different packaging materials were investigated. The results showed that the four types of sound packaging materials could effectively prevent L. serricorne adults from boring into packing bags. L. serricorne adults could bore into all perforated packaging materials with the highest boring rate for kraft paper bags. Compared with untreated packaging materials，all of the pesticide？鄄treated packaging materials could significantly reduce the boring rate of L. serricorne adults in a short period of time. After 96 h，the boring rate of perforated kraft paper bags treated by methoprene was 53.33%，the boring rate of perforated aluminium foil paper bags treated by（E）？鄄2？鄄hexenal was 50.00%，and the boring rate of deltam？鄄ethrin？鄄treated perforated aluminium foil bags was 46.67%. The results of this study provided a reliable basis for reasonably selecting packaging materials to effectively control stored grain pests.

烟草甲[Lasioderma serricorne（Fabricius）]属鞘翅目窃蠹科，是一种杂食性储藏物害虫，其成虫和幼虫均可危害烟叶，取食后排泄的粪便污染烟叶，致使烟叶出丝率下降，严重影响烟叶的可用性和卷烟质量，是一种重要的烟草仓储害虫[1-7]。目前，国内对烟草甲主要以磷化氢熏蒸的方式进行防治，由于长期过度依赖化学防治导致烟草甲的抗药性不断增强，致使杀虫效果大幅下降。同时，化学防治造成药剂残留、环境污染等诸多问题也迫使人们寻找一种对环境友好的、可持续的害虫防治方式[8-11]。

防虫包装材料具有密闭防尘、隔绝空气、操作简单、安全有效等优点;防虫薄膜可对害虫造成触杀、驱避和窒息等效果，在粮食、烟草等物品储藏和运输期间用于防止害虫侵染。……
