【摘  要】目的：分析护理标识在重症监护室护理安全管理中的应用价值。方法：在2016年3月-2019年3月收治的重症监护室患者中，选取100例分为两组，均实施护理安全管理，在此基础上参照组50例不实施护理标识 ，分析组50例实施护理标 识。对比两组不良事件发生率。结果：分析组的不良事件发生比较参照组少，比较差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：在重症监护室护理安全管理中实施护理标识，有利于减少不良事件发生，加强重症监护室护理安全管理效果。

To explore the role of nursing sign in nursing safety management in intensive care unit

【Abstract】objective：to analyze the value of nursing logo in nursing safety management in intensive care unit. Methods：100 patients in intensive care unit admitted from March 2016 to March 2019 were divided into two groups and nursing safety management was carried out. On this basis， 50 patients in the reference group did not implement nursing signs， and 50 patients in the analysis group implemented nursing standards. The incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups.Results：There were few adverse events in the analysis group and the difference was obvious（P <0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of nursing signs in the nursing safety management of intensive care unit is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of adverse events and strengthen the effect of nursing safety management in intensive care unit.

重癥监护室作为医院收治病情危急，拥有先进医疗技术及设备的重要科室，且对重症患者生命安全具有保护作用。但是由于重症监护室收治的患者病情一般比较危机、严重，所以护理、治疗工作开展往往难度较大，加上患者免疫功能下降等因素，导致临床治疗及检查工作增多，引发一系列护理安全隐患^[1]。护理标识利用图形或者文字，警示护理工作中一些重要环节工作的特殊性标识，有效提高护理安全管理工作质量，减少护理工作风险。因此，本研究就收治的病例进行分析，详细汇报如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

100例在2016年3月-2019年3月收治的重症监护室患者作为分析样本，分为参照组和分析组，各50例，以实施护理安全管理为前提。参照组患者男女比例35/15，年 龄25岁-62岁，平 均 年 龄（43.52±5.21）岁;住 院 时 间3天-28天，平均住院时间（15.55±4.86）天;疾病类 型： 15例心血管疾病、20例脑血管疾病、 9例呼吸系统疾病、 6例恶性肿瘤。……
